É possível consultar o seu número ligando para o telefone da Previdência Social (135) e registrar o seu CPF. Um atendente confirmará os dados cadastrais e informar o seu número.Outra opção consiste em ligar para o Central de Atendimento do Banco do Brasil pelo número 4004-0001 (capitais e regiões metropolitanas) ou 0800 729 0001 (interior).
Consultar Pasep pela internet
Ao acessar o SITE do Cadastro Nacional de Informações Sociais (Cnis), clique em “Cidadão” e em seguida em “Inscrição”. Depois, escolha a opção “Filiado”. Preencha seus dados e clique em “Continuar”.
Se os dados estiverem corretos, aparecerá uma mensagem em vermelho, no canto superior da tela, informando que eles já constam na base do Cnis e o número do NIT, que é o mesmo do PIS/Pasep.
É também possível verificar por meio do site do Banco do Brasil, informando seu CPF.
Além destas opções, pode-se verificar o número pelo SITE Meu INSS. Após fazer seu cadastro, é possível consultar os dados do usuário no ícone superior à direita, incluindo o número do PIS/Pasep.

No Aplicativo ativo Carteira Digital de Trabalho é possível conferir o Pasep dentro de um dos contratos registrados. Outra alternativa fica com o aplicativo Meu INSS, que, após o login, informa o número do Pasep.
